The Wailmer is a kind of water Pokemon that resembles a whale... I gave the character a bucket of water because Wailmer likes to squirt water at people. >_> So.. this human version of Wailmer will just empty the contents of her bucket over you. *getsshot*

And the sad fact is that this is the first time I've ever coloured a chibi.
